What commercial uses are prohibited by REClips? What are not?
Answer:
We have recently updated our Terms of Service (link to: terms.php) to clarify what kinds of uses of the REClips website and the embeddable player are permitted. We do not discourage (in fact we encourage) our users to embed to occasional video in the blog, website, or myspace to show off a particular video that they really like, or are truly proud of. We will, however, enforce our terms of use against a website that is nothing more than a number of embedded REClips videos that are intentionally placed to generate ad revenue from them. |
